- Permanent Staff
A permanent staff member is a confirmed employee directly employed by the organization and receives in addition to their salary, benefits like health care, paid leave, and other bonuses. The employment is considered continuous until either party decides to exercise the right to a termination.

- Temporary Staff
Staff engaged for a defined period and for a defined assignment. Temporary staff are employed for a stated period to perform specific assignments. This category includes Interns. Their employment will only be converted to full time with the approval of the Chief of Staff.
