  • Equal Opportunity

An excellent onboarding experience sets up all new Employees for success. It is also vital in ensuring the successful transition and integration of new Employees at Salvo Agency International. Your initial onboarding will take place over a few days, with regular check-ins thereafter during your probationary period.

  • Re-Employment of Ex-Employees

All former Salvo Agency International employees, who exit the organization in good standing, are eligible for re-employment provided there is a valid organizational need, and they pass the various assessments required for employment.

  • Permanent Staff

A permanent staff member is a confirmed employee directly employed by the organization and receives in addition to their salary, benefits like health care, paid leave, and other bonuses. The employment is considered continuous until either party decides to exercise the right to a termination.

StepsTypes of Appointment

  • Temporary Staff

Staff engaged for a defined period and for a defined assignment. Temporary staff are  employed for a stated period to perform specific assignments. This category includes Interns.  Their employment will only be converted to full time with the approval of the Chief of Staff.

  • Contract staff

Contract staff is employed for a specified period on clearly defined terms as part of a  project team or for a knowledge transfer program. This category refers to professionals employed for special skills/competencies on a fixed tenure basis. All contract employees shall disengage from the organization at the end of the specified contract period unless the the  contract is renewed or extended.
