1. Be comfortable in front of the camera 2. Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics 3. Have the energy to own video content creation 4. Create, edit and post large numbers of professional-looking video content spontaneously every day 5. Churn out content creation ideas and scripts for professional-looking social media video content, especially reels 6. Be able to adjust content accordingly to improve engagements, social media followings and conversions to leads 7. Know and apply all the setup required to produce professional-looking long and short videos for a global brand 8. Be able to work with a team and follow set guidelines while still being able to recommend, test and implement working social media content strategies 9. Be able to produce funny, enthusiastic and sassy/sarcastic edutaining content 10. Be able to engage with people in the comment sections and in the personal message section of the company’s social media channels. Have a sense of community management 11. Creating and publishing content for company websites, blogs, and social media platforms 12. Monitoring social media and website metrics, and using SEO methods to increase site traffic 13. Managing social media campaigns to align with marketing strategies, increasing engagement and followers, and responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner 14. Analyzing web traffic and relevant community metrics, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders 15. Liaising with other departments to ensure brand consistency, staying up-to-date with industry and digital trends, and finding new marketing opportunities to promote company offerings. 16. Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
Requirements & Skills
1. 1+ years in community management, video content management/editorial, or online marketing/public relations role 2. You have social media influence. Active user of social media including but not limited to Tiktok, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram 3. Experience building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series or Should have managed communities on one or more of the following: WhatsApp/Telegram/Facebook/other platforms 4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations via multiple platforms: social, blog, email, etc 5. Pro-active and independent – able to work alone, see what needs to be done, follow the conversation and manage your own time across multiple platforms. 6. Proven experience in creating engaging media & digital contents —text captions, hashtags, videos, and images-suitable for various social media platforms 7. Excellent experience in research, writing, proofreading, editing, communication, organizational & time management skills 8. Friendly and outgoing personality with Customer service attitude 9. Ready to work nights and weekends as needed 10. You have excellent taste and a very high bar for what you do 11. Candidates are required to submit sample or links to their work portfolio.
