We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tech Sales Assistant to join our team in the EdTech/E Commerce industry, You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our digital products and facilitating the acquisition and retention of users and potential clients


1. Consultative Selling: Employ consultative selling techniques to understand the needs of potential customers and match them with the most suitable digital courses in our portfolio.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, their benefits, and their alignment with the tech industry’s requirements.
3. Sales Strategies: Devise and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, drive products enrollments, and create a pipeline of prospective customers.
4. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, tech advancements, and market demands to align our offerings with the needs of women seeking to enter the tech field.
5. Move prospects through the sales process, identifying the key stake holders while mapping value and the business case.
6. Work with team to Identify promising prospects through cold calling, networking and customer referrals
7. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and informative sales presentations, either digitally or in person, to showcase the value and impact of our digital courses.
8. Customer Success: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled users and seamless implementation of corporate hiring initiatives.
9. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analyses to the management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
10. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote our products
Job Requirements:
11. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
12. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the EdTech or Fintech industry, with experience selling digital products or educational solutions.
13. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively convey the value of our offerings.
14. Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
15. Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of digital platforms and tools used in the EdTech and Fintech domains.
16. Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and quickly learn about new products and technologies.
17. Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
