We are Looking for a Product Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate is passionate about technology, technology marketing and the use of technology in marketing. They prefer to work in an environment that emphasizes ownership of projects, collaboration, learning, curiosity and a drive to continually improve oneself / the team / the organization.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our business.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, in-platform messaging, and other relevant channels.
1. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in acquisition and lifecycle marketing, and share insights with the rest of the team.
2. Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.
3. Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media.
4. Manage a calendar scheduling the creation of each piece of content and the planned release of each piece of content
5. Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches.
6. Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
7. Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action
8. Conduct and manage virtual & Physical product Marketing events •
9. Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
10. Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
11. Devise innovative growth strategies

Requirements:

1. Proven working experience as Product Marketing Manager or Brand Manager in the fintech or edtech industry
2. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
3. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
4. Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
5. Solid Background in Brand Storytelling and Copy writing
6. Experience in Podcasting or Digital Event Management is an added advantage
7. A proven understanding of paid media strategy and the marketing funnel (PPC, SEO, Email, Programmatic Display, Social) and experience with digital marketing best practices
8. Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
9. Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
10. Solid experience with all digital marketing channels including Influencer Marketing
